We at Gerlinger Steel generally accept returns of unaltered stock material within 30 days of when you, the customer, took possession of them. Restocking fees will apply. Returns will not be accepted when…

• More than 30 days have passed since receipt of the material
• We cut or otherwise altered the material for you before delivery
• You cut or otherwise altered the material after delivery
• We needed to “special order” the material
